Reconciliation

The Sacrament of Reconciliation is a sacrament instituted by Christ to offer forgiveness for ones sins through ministers of the church.  In this sacrament, a penitent confesses one's sins to a priest, either face-to-face or from behind a screen.  The priest will offer a penance and provide absolution for sin.

Reconciliation is offered at St. Ferdinand every Saturday afternoon from 3:30 - 4:30 PM.  During Advent and Lent, there is usually one Saturday set aside where this sacrament is offered all day.  One can also schedule an appointment for reconciliation by calling the parish office.
